What we collect

• Name, phone, optional email, and delivery address (house, road, district, country).
• Order contents, totals, shipping zone, coupon, and status history.
• If you register: login details and the profile fields you save.
• If you check out as a guest: we keep your phone in the session so you can look up that order later on this device.
• Reviews you submit on products you purchased, including the name shown with the review.

Why we use it

• Confirm cash-on-delivery orders by phone and hand parcels to the courier.
• Show My orders, invoices, return requests, and order timelines.
• Apply coupons and calculate delivery fees at checkout.

We do not sell customer lists. Couriers and payment-adjacent partners only get what they need to deliver the parcel. To update or look up your orders, use Account or Contact.
