Terms
By placing an order you agree to cash on delivery, phone confirmation, and the stock we show at checkout.
- Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives. There is no card checkout on this site.
- Confirmation call. We call the phone on the order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, the order may stay pending or be cancelled.
- Cancel while pending or confirmed. You can cancel from the order page while status is pending or confirmed. After we mark it shipped, use Contact instead.
- Stock. We sell from real inventory. If an item sells out before we confirm, we will tell you on the call and will not charge you for it.
- Delivery. After you confirm, we send the parcel with a Pathao-style courier. Fees follow the shipping zone you chose at checkout.
- Returns. Completed orders may request an exchange or return within the window on our returns page.
